Step 1 - Subscribe to FlowDesk

Step 2 - Pay
Subscription shall be charged automatically every month. You can pay securely through credit card or or E- Mandate through bank account
Step 3 - Delivery
Flowdesk gets delivered to your doorstep. And the monthly Subscription cycle starts from the day of delivery
Step 4 - Convert
You buy the desk anytime during the subscription period, by Paying us the difference between selling price and subscription amount paid till date. Conversion is free in the first 60 days, thereafter a conversion charge is built into the selling price. Refer the Illustration below.

1.1 - The subscription requires a minimum commitment period of 90
days. During this time, subscribers cannot cancel or change their subscription plan.
1.2 - Maximum tenure is 10 months for subscription. After this user end up owning the desk
2.1 - Subscribers must give 30 days' notice to cancel their subscription. Once the notice is received, the desk will be picked up after 30 days, and charges will apply until then.
Sub Clause X: Example Illustration
X.1 For example, if you start your subscription on 4th March 2024 and want to cancel after 4 months, you need to notify us by 5th June 2024.
2.2 - Security deposit will be refunded only when desk is received and out of quality check. In case of any significant damages, charges will be deducted from security deposit
3.1 - Under subscription, the FlowDesk is legal property of Flowlyf India Pvt Ltd.
3.2 - Subscription services are exclusively available in select cities determined by Flowlyf, i.e Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, and Delhi NCR only.
3.3 - Any relocation of the desk, whether within the same city or to a different city, is not permitted without prior authorization from Flowlyf.
3.4 - If you need to relocate the desk within the same city, you must obtain permission from Flowlyf and provide updated address details before commencing relocation./p>
3.5 - Unauthorized relocation of the desk to an address different from the one specified - during the order placement by user, delivery by flowlyf or flowlyf's partners, and KYC document verification process, whether within the same city or to a different city or country, will result in legal action.
4.1 - All subscription payments must be made online by registering valid credit card for auto monthly debits. Other payment methods/plan are not accepted
4.2 - The security deposit will not be adjusted against missed or upcoming subscriptions under any circumstances.
5.1 - Flowlyf reserves the right to cancel subscriptions and recall desks as needed.
6.1 - If subscription charges are not paid ( non functional registered credit card) within 7 days of the due date, a penalty of INR 100 per desk per day will be applied until the payment is cleared.
7.1 - During the subscription period, the desk remains the legal property of Flowlyf. Any alterations or modifications to the desk are prohibited. In the event of cancellation, if the desk is returned with modifications, reasonable charges will be deducted from the security deposit.
8.1 - Your subscription starts from the date the desk is delivered to your address.
9.1 - If you cancel your subscription, please keep the original packing material. Otherwise, a charge of INR 2500 will apply for new packing during the time of pick up of desk.
10.1 - If you upgrade your desk (model, size, color etc) during the subscription period, the payment for the previous desk will not be adjusted towards the upgrade. The cycle for upgrade will start fresh.
11.1 - If you do not respond to subscription-related notifications within 7 days, Flowlyf may take legal action to recover payments and the desk. Any legal costs incurred will be your responsibility. Flowlyf will not be liable for any inconvenience or loss resulting from such actions.
12.1 - Upon transitioning from subscription to "Subscribe to Own"(STO), the amount paid during the subscription period will be adjusted based on the STO matrix. It is imperative that the customer thoroughly reviews the STO matrix before opting for the subscription.
12.2 - For the first 2 months, the desk price remains same and no conversion charges are applied.
12.3 - After the second month, conversion charges are applied,resulting in an increase in the desk price each month
Prior to subscribing to FlowDesk, it is mandatory to provide following for verification purposes on our email address hi@flowlyf.com
13.1 Address Proof: The permanent address must match the delivery address. If the permanent address differs from the delivery address, a valid rental agreement for the delivery property must be provided.
13.2 Identity Proof: Valid identification documents include Aadhaar, PAN card, or passport ONLY. Employee ID/ Voters not valid.
