Disassemble and repack the desk in its original packaging. Our logistics partner picks it up at no cost — but they don't help with packing or disassembly, so have it ready.

Once the desk reaches our warehouse and passes a quick check, your refund is processed within 5 business days.

The short version: almost everything within 14 days, as long as you've kept the original packaging.

- Original packaging intact and usable
- Returned in the same condition you received it — no visible wear
- Shipping damage (see conditions in FAQ)
Not eligible
- Items beyond the 14-day window
- Original packaging missing or unusable (₹2,500 fee applies — see FAQ)
- Items with heavy use or visible damage from use
- Custom-built or non-standard orders
- Bulk B2B / corporate orders (different policy — WhatsApp us)
- Free gifts or promotional accessories

Do I need the original packaging?
Yes — the original packaging is required to ship the desk back safely. If you've lost or damaged it, we can arrange replacement packaging for ₹2,500, which is deducted from your refund.
What if I've already assembled the desk?
You'll need to disassemble it and repack it in the original box before pickup. Our pickup partner doesn't help with packing or disassembly — they only collect ready-to-ship boxes. We'll send disassembly instructions on WhatsApp when you start the return.
What if the item arrived damaged in shipping?
For FlowDesks: we cover all shipping damage, but two conditions must be met to claim it — the desk must not have been assembled, and the security hologram seal must still be intact. For FlowArms: just send photos on WhatsApp, we'll handle it. Either way, you choose between a replacement or a full refund.
Who pays for return shipping?
We do. Pickup is free anywhere in India. The only cost you might incur is the ₹2,500 packaging replacement fee, if applicable.
Can I exchange instead of refund?
Yes. If you want a different size, finish, or product, message us on WhatsApp and we'll arrange a swap. The same packaging and 14-day window rules apply.
How is the refund issued?
To the same payment method you used — UPI, card, or netbanking. Cash-on-delivery refunds are credited directly to your bank account.
