These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of www.flowlyf.com (the "Website") and to every purchase you make on it. Please read them with our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Warranty Policy. Together these make up the full agreement between you and us.

1. About us

The Website is owned and operated by Flowlyf India Private Limited ("Flowlyf", "we", "us", "our"), a company incorporated in India.

"You" and "your" mean any person who visits the Website or places an order on it.

2. Accepting these Terms

By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. These Terms are an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it, and do not need a physical or digital signature. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Website.

3. Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to place an order. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must use the Website and place the order on your behalf.

4. Your account

You may check out as a guest or create an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity on your account. Tell us promptly at hi@flowlyf.com if you believe your account has been used without your permission. Please give us accurate, up-to-date details — especially your delivery address and phone number — so we can deliver your order.

5. Our products

  • Made in India: Flowlyf products are manufactured in India. The country of origin, MRP, net quantity, manufacturer details and other information required under the Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules, 2011 are shown on the product page and on the packaging.
  • Natural wood: FlowDesk tops are made of solid wood. Grain, knots and colour vary from piece to piece, and wood can change shade over time. This is a natural characteristic, not a defect.
  • Images and measurements: We try to show products accurately, but colours can look different on different screens, and images may show styling or accessories that are not included. Dimensions may vary within normal manufacturing tolerances. The specifications on the product page describe what you will receive.
  • Safe use: Use every product within its rated load capacity and in line with the assembly and usage instructions provided. Keep children and pets clear of a height-adjustable desk while it is moving.

6. Prices

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include GST. Shipping within India is free unless the product page or checkout says otherwise.
  • The total amount you pay, including any charges, is shown at checkout before you place the order. We do not add hidden or unrelated charges.
  • Prices and offers may change at any time. A change does not affect orders we have already confirmed.
  • If a product is listed at a clearly incorrect price because of a technical or typing error, we will contact you before dispatch. You can either pay the correct price or cancel the order for a full refund.
  • Offers and discount codes are subject to the terms shown with them. Unless stated otherwise, offers cannot be combined or exchanged for cash.

7. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm your order by email, SMS or WhatsApp. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch if:

  • the product is out of stock;
  • there is a pricing error (see Section 6);
  • we cannot deliver to your pin code; or
  • we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse of an offer.

If we cancel, we refund the full amount you paid to your original payment method. We do not charge you any fee for a cancellation we make.

8. Payment

  • We accept UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and no-cost EMI where offered. Payments are processed by authorised third-party payment gateways. We do not store your full card details.
  • EMI is provided by banks or other lenders under their own terms and eligibility rules.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
  • A GST invoice is issued for every order.

9. Shipping and delivery

We ship across India. Dispatch and delivery timelines are set out in our Shipping Policy and are estimates. Please check the package when it is delivered and report any visible damage as described in our Return & Refund Policy. Ownership of the product passes to you on delivery. Risk of loss also passes to you on delivery.

10. Cancellations, returns and refunds

  • Cancellation before dispatch: You can cancel any time before your order is dispatched, free of charge, by messaging us on WhatsApp or emailing us. You receive a full refund.
  • After dispatch: Once an order has been dispatched, it is handled as a return.
  • Returns: Eligible products can be returned within 14 days of delivery, on the conditions in our Return & Refund Policy.
  • Refunds: Refunds go to your original payment method, within the timelines in our Return & Refund Policy.

11. Warranty

Our products carry a limited manufacturer's warranty. Its length depends on the product and component. Coverage, exclusions and the claim process are set out in our Warranty Policy. The warranty is in addition to, and does not reduce, your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

12. Reviews and content you share

  • When you post a review, rating, photo or video about our products, it must be honest, based on your own experience, and lawful. It must not be abusive, defamatory or misleading, and must not infringe anyone's rights.
  • We publish genuine reviews, positive and negative. We do not write or pay for fake reviews.
  • We may remove content that breaks these rules or the law.
  • By sharing content with us, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on the Website and on our social media and marketing. We will credit you by first name and city unless you ask us not to. You can ask us to take your content down at any time by writing to hi@flowlyf.com.

13. Intellectual property

All content on the Website belongs to Flowlyf or its licensors and is protected by Indian intellectual property laws. This includes the Flowlyf, FlowDesk and FlowArm names and logos, product designs, text, photos, videos and graphics. You may view and share Website pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce or commercially use any of it without our written permission.

14. Prohibited use

You agree not to:

  • use the Website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
  • place orders with false details or someone else's payment method;
  • buy products for resale without our written consent;
  • interfere with the Website's security;
  • upload malware;
  • scrape or harvest data; or
  • impersonate Flowlyf or any other person.

We may suspend access or cancel orders connected to such activity.

15. Beware of fake Flowlyf sites and callers

Flowlyf sells only through www.flowlyf.com and our official marketplace stores. We contact customers only from hi@flowlyf.com and +91 98108 19723. We will never ask for your OTP, card PIN or UPI PIN. If you receive a suspicious message claiming to be from Flowlyf, please report it to us.

16. Our responsibility to you

  • We are responsible for delivering products that match their description and are free from manufacturing defects, as set out in our policies.
  • We are not responsible for:
    • losses that were not reasonably foreseeable;
    • indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of business or income; or
    • damage caused by using a product against its instructions, beyond its rated capacity, or after it has been modified or repaired by someone other than Flowlyf or our authorised technician.
  • Products bought on third-party marketplaces are also subject to that marketplace's terms.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law that cannot be limited or excluded.

17. Events outside our control

We are not in breach of these Terms if a delay or failure is caused by events beyond our reasonable control. These include natural disasters, epidemics, government orders, strikes, transport disruption and failures of third-party networks. If this happens, we will tell you. If your order is significantly delayed, you can cancel it for a full refund.

18. Your privacy

We collect and use your personal data only as described in our Privacy Policy, in line with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. We send order updates on the channels you give us. We send marketing messages only with your consent. You can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link, by replying STOP on WhatsApp, or by writing to us.

We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and share a complaint reference. We will resolve it within one month of receiving it, as required by the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

20. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We will try to resolve any dispute with you amicably through the grievance process in Section 19. If a dispute is not resolved, the courts at New Delhi have jurisdiction. This does not affect your right to approach a Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission with jurisdiction under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

21. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. The Terms in force when you place an order apply to that order.

22. General

  • If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest remains in force.
  • If we do not enforce a right immediately, we have not waived it.
  • These Terms and the policies linked above are the entire agreement between you and us for purchases on the Website.
