Is shipping free?
Yes, across India. No minimum order.

How long does delivery take?
3–7 business days for most pin codes. Metro cities usually 3 days.

Do you deliver to my city?
If Bluedart or Delhivery can reach it, so can we.

What's the warranty?
3 years on all FlowDesk frames. 1 year on motors and electronics. 1 year on FlowArm gas springs.

Can I return it?
Yes — 7 days from delivery, unused, in original packaging. We arrange pickup.

What if it arrives damaged?
Send a photo within 48 hours. We ship a replacement or refund — your call.

Will a FlowArm fit my monitor?
Any VESA 75×75 or 100×100 mount, 2–9 kg (Pro up to 13 kg). Works with 17"–32" screens.

How heavy are the desks?
FlowDesk 3: 42 kg. FlowDesk 3 Pro: 48 kg. FlowDesk Aero: 52 kg. Two people can handle assembly.

How long does assembly take?
30 minutes for desks, 5 minutes for arms. All tools included.

What do you accept?
UPI, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Rupay, net banking, and no-cost EMI on orders above ₹10,000. COD available up to ₹25,000.
