Shipping

Is shipping free?
Yes, across India. No minimum order.

How long does delivery take?
3–7 business days for most pin codes. Metro cities usually 3 days.

Do you deliver to my city?
If Bluedart or Delhivery can reach it, so can we.

Warranty & returns

What's the warranty?
Please check the products page for their specific warranty info.

Can I return it?
Yes — 14 days from delivery, unused, in original packaging. We arrange pickup.

What if it arrives damaged?
Send a photo within 48 hours. We ship a replacement or refund — your call. Please read the return and shipping damage claim document shared with you at the time of making a purchase.

Will a FlowArm fit my monitor?
Any VESA 75×75 or 100×100 mount, 2–9 kg (Pro up to 13 kg). Works with 17"–46" screens.

How heavy are the desks?
FlowDesk 3: 42 kg. FlowDesk 3 Pro: 48 kg. FlowDesk Aero: 30 kg. Two people can handle assembly.

How long does assembly take?
30 minutes for desks, 5 minutes for arms. All tools included.

Payment

What do you accept?
UPI, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Rupay, net banking, no-cost EMI available for terms of 3-6 months. COD not available.
