Is the wood real Acacia?
Yes — every FlowDesk top is solid Acacia, sustainably sourced from Indian farms. Not MDF with a sticker.
How long is the warranty?
It depends on the model. FlowDesk 3 and 3 Pro: 5 years on the frame, 3 years on the motor and electronics, 1 year on the wood top. FlowDesk Aero: 3 years on the frame, 2 years on the motor, 1 year on the wood top. All claims handled by support@flowlyf.com.
