Free Shipping Across India

Flowlyf ships every product free of charge across India. No minimum order value, no hidden handling fees.

Order Processing Time

  • In-stock items: dispatched within 24–72 business hours of order confirmation.
  • Made-to-order items (custom finishes, extended sizes): 5–7 business days before dispatch.
  • Order confirmation and tracking details are emailed to your registered address and sent via WhatsApp once dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Timelines

  • Metro cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Kolkata): 3–7 business days.
  • Tier 2 cities and beyond: 5–10 business days.
  • Remote pin codes / North-East: 7–14 business days.

Delivery timelines are estimates. Actual delivery may vary due to logistics partner schedules, local restrictions, or unforeseen disruptions. You will always be kept informed.

Delivery Experience

  • Our delivery partner will contact you to schedule a window that works for you.
  • The Customer or an authorized representative must be present at delivery to sign off on the quality check.
  • If an authorized representative receives the delivery, they must carry a copy of the Customer's ID proof and an authorization letter.
  • If no one is available at the agreed window and a second delivery attempt is required, an extra delivery cost may apply.
  • Please ensure the building permits entry of the delivery vehicle and, if applicable, use of the elevator for product transit.

Quality Check at Delivery

Every Flowlyf product is inspected in our warehouse before dispatch. At delivery, please inspect the outer packaging and the product for any transit damage. If you notice any issue, record clear photos or videos while the product is still packed and share them with our team on WhatsApp (+91 9810819723) or at hi@flowlyf.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Installation

Standing desks and monitor arms ship with clear installation videos and a single-person or two-person assembly guide. Installation assistance, where offered, is scheduled separately and confirmed over WhatsApp.

Order Changes & Cancellations

You may change or cancel your order at any time before dispatch by reaching out on WhatsApp or +91 9810819723 or email (hi@flowlyf.com). Once dispatched, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

Shipping Outside India

At this time, we ship only within India. For international enquiries, please write to hi@flowlyf.com and we will get back with availability on a case-by-case basis.
